We are a Business Conglomerate with multiple businesses under our brand umbrella, broadly as follows:

1. OFG - OfBusiness Finished Goods

2. OFB - Raw Material Fulfillment

3. OXYZO - Lending Arm (an A+ rated NBFC)

Our businesses together contributed to an annual revenue of INR 16,000 Cr. for FY2023 with an impressive profitability of INR 500 Cr. (after taxes). The businesses are on track to touch the scale of INR 40,000 Cr. by the end of current Financial Year.

Job Title: Product Manager (B2B)

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Market/User Research:

- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings in the B2B space.

- Gather insights from user feedback, interviews, surveys, and data analysis to inform product decisions.

2. Understand Process Issues:

- Identify inefficiencies and pain points in B2B processes, including procurement, supply chain management, and customer relationship management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address process gaps and improve overall operational efficiency.

3. Complete Operational Requirements:

- Define and prioritize operational requirements for product development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

- Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables.

4. Collaborate with Stakeholders:

- Engage with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership, to gather input and align product strategies with business goals.

- Collaborate on the creation of product positioning strategies tailored to the B2B market segment.

5. Develop Product Roadmap:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the vision, goals, and milestones for product development in the B2B space.

- Communicate the roadmap effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.

Requirements:

1. Experience:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management roles, with a focus on B2B products and services.

2. Framework Proficiency:

- Proficient in using frameworks and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Lean Product Development to gather and prioritize product requirements.

3. Self-Drive:

- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of product initiatives, drive projects forward, and deliver results in a fast-paced B2B environment.

4. Passion for Detailing & Analytics:

- Strong attention to detail and passion for leveraging data and analytics to drive product decisions and optimizations.

5. Data Analysis Skills:

- Prior experience in analyzing B2B product data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inform product strategy.

6. UI/UX Experience:

- Hands-on experience in UI/UX design principles and methodologies, with a focus on creating user-friendly and intuitive B2B product experiences.

7. Tools Proficiency:

- Prior experience with UI/UX design tools such as Balsamiq, Sketch, Pencil, etc., would be advantageous in this role.
