Best candidate will join our Digital Transformation team with the mindset to make OfBusiness App one of the best used apps.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Automation:

- Utilize marketing automation tools like CleverTap, Moengage, etc., to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.

- Implement and manage automated marketing campaigns to enhance user experience and drive growth.

Google Ads and Analytics:

- Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns to increase brand visibility and user acquisition.

- Analyze data from Google Analytics to derive insights and optimize marketing strategies for better performance.

Data-Backed Strategy:

- Utilize analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret key performance metrics.

- Develop data-driven growth strategies to achieve and exceed KPIs related to user engagement and retention.

Growth KPIs:

- Take ownership of key growth metrics, including DAU, retention rates, and time spent on the app and web.

- Devise and implement strategies to drive measurable improvements in these KPIs.

YouTube Growth Strategy:

- Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute a YouTube growth strategy.

- Plan and implement content strategies to increase subscribers, views, and engagement on the YouTube channel.

Social Media:

- Have a basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.

- Contribute to the social media strategy and collaborate with the social media team for cohesive brand promotion.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in growth marketing with a focus on marketing automation and data analytics.

- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools such as Clevertap, Moengage, etc.

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in driving growth KPIs and developing data-driven strategies.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in marketing.
