Role & Responsibilties:
- Manages the organization's sales strategy aimed at generating better revenue
- Plans and implements sales strategies to acquire customers
- Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to achieve desired revenue goals
- Create, monitor, and adjust budgets for all sales initiatives while ensuring adherence to company fiscal responsibility guidelines
- Oversee the development and implementation of creative sales programs designed to increase market share and grow the customer base
- Analyze data and trends to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing ones
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
- Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Can work in high-pressure situations and completely hands-on; the knack to hustle and get the job done
