Salary range : 9-14 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage the Talent Acquisition function for the business and ensure targets/SLAs are met.
- Ensure robust hiring and reporting capabilities by creating and publishing Talent Acquisition dashboards
- Coordinate with external recruitment partners and drive their performance.
- Manage the recruitment operations across business
- Build strong, credible relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, critical stakeholders and partners, operating as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure ongoing quality of hires, process.
- Seek feedback and make continuous improvements to the hiring process.
Requirements & Skills :- 3 to6 Years of relevant experience with MBA - specialization in Human Resource preferred.
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to provide effectiveness of the talent acquisition function.
- Proven ability to scale technologies including Applicant Tracking Systems to meet business needs.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, with a hands-on approach and a strong determination to deliver results.
