OD/Performance Mgmt Specialist - Mfg/O&G

Looking for a an OD/ Performance Management / HRBP specialist for a niche firm in Mumbai

Role will encompass

1. End to end HR for the Corporate office employees

2. Anchor performance management programs

3. Design of HR policies

4. Career Frameworks fro Corporate Staff , Competency Mapping and targeted OD interventions

Must Have :

MBA HR from a tier 1 /tier 2 B School

Exposure to manufacturing / Steel/Oil & Gas industry

Currently in a HRBP role .

Min : 8 -10 yrs experience

A mix of mainstream industry experience and HR consulting exposure is desirable but not essential.
