OD/OE Manager - Mfg

The opportunity is with a leading manufacturing organization. The organization is hiring HR professional with adept understanding in the areas of organizational effectiveness, change management and organizational development.

Title: Manager OD/OE

Reporting to: Head Talent Management

Location: Delhi

Prerequisites to apply:

- 6-7 years of post PG HR experience (preferably from Tier1/2 B schools)

- Should have worked in MNCs and exposure at handling diverse groups

- Additional training in MBTI/ Thomas profiling is preferred (not mandatory)
