- Responsible for executing the Talent Management initiatives for the organization including Leadership development.

- Career Transition.

- Job analysis, appraisal schemes.

- Succession Planning.

- Change Management.

- Conceptualizing, designing and deploying the need based Training interventions.

- Design and develop the Assessment Centers.

- Execution all Talent management processes.

- Design and develop Assessment Centers.

- Manage the Internal Job Posting process.
