Senior Manager - Loss Mitigation

This is Nilakshi from Ocwen Financial Solutions. We are the fourth largest Mortgage service provider in the US and the largest non-bank servicer.

We are currently hiring Senior Manager, Loss Mitigation Compliance :

Work Timings : Night shift (7:30 pm - 4:30 am)

Responsibilities :

- Ensure adherence with turnaround times associated with individual audit requests.

- Develop, enhance and maintain processes and procedures with respect to departmental responsibilities.

- Manage the day-to-day testing operations while prioritizing and addressing various ad-hoc request from internal and external parties.

- Manage the audit team by organizing, recruiting, hiring, motivating and developing staff.

Qualification :

- Bachelors degree

- 10 years of mortgage servicing experience required.

- Previous experience in managing an audit or compliance team preferred.

- 2-5 years of experience in Compliance, Audit or Quality Control.

- Demonstrated ability to have a positive interaction with management and work across departmental lines in order to effectively execute compliance testing.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an organized fashion with attention to details.

- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage complex or multi-functional compliance projects.
