The Company is seeking a professional who can help lead Ocwen's continued success related to being the leader in home retention and loss mitigation. The candidate will be responsible for the operational and management responsibilities for 1 of 2 sites in Bangalore, India. The candidate will play a key role in the coaching and development of approximately 15-20 Team Leads and 250 Home Retention Consultants. The candidate will have daily interaction with their team members in addition to the complete servicing management team. Focus areas will include utilization of Ocwen's technology, scripting, and loss mitigation experience to achieve top results in volume of resolutions, reduction in variability and high quality scores.

This position will report directly to the Vice President Home Retention.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day to day operations of the location / site

- Direct reports will be approximately 15-20 Team Leads

- Total staff at location will be approximately 250 Agents/Team Leads

- Identify improvement opportunities related to the home retention programs and processes

- Reduce variability among team members

- Attend and present to third parties when sight visits require the same

- Confirm compliance to all investor and government guidelines

- Daily, weekly, and monthly communication to team members regarding goals, key drivers, procedural changes, and important company messages

- Confirm all business unit policies and procedures are updated to reflect requirements

- Partner with Six Sigma Team and other servicing business units to continually update / upgrade / improve programs for better results related to the government programs

- Prepare reporting on team results of key performance indicators

- Assist in creation and attend monthly operations review presentation for Sr. and Executive Management

Key Result Areas:

- Assure all key drivers are achieved related to production, quality goals and variability

- Timely implementation and compliance of all directives

- Motivation of team members

- Training of new hires and ongoing training of existing employees when deficiencies or new policies require the same

- Annual reviews of direct reports

- Assist with interview and hiring needs

- Perform staffing analysis on a monthly basis to ensure staffing needs are met

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of MS–Office

- Excellent written and oral presentation skills

- Cross-cultural exposure preferred

- Candidate should have 2 plus of mortgage / banking / servicing experience

- Experience with negotiating

- Graduate is degree from an accredited university is required
