Position Summary: Responsible for building models and creating analytics for the organization with opportunity to: - Work with Senior Leadership on a regular basis - Ownership of projects including planning, execution, and implementation - End to end exposure in Business finance & Financial Planning operations - Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting and Modeling - Opportunity to work with skilled professionals with diverse backgrounds Job Functions and Responsibilities : - The primary work involves financial analysis, forecasting, modeling along with working on key strategic plans and initiatives - Work with Finance senior leadership to support the financial data strategy for Finance including the centralization of key metrics and model results that financially impact the organization - Maintain and develop advanced financial models including profitability, liquidity and cashflow forecasts over near term to long term periods - Analyze and investigate drivers behind financial results - Work with subject matter experts and consult documentation to better understand processes and concisely document and communicate with leadership - Support key strategic projects such as cost improvement initiatives and restructuring efforts - Contribute to multiple projects through all phases in a timely and effective manner through collaboration with various departments. - Provide highest level of internal and external customer service Qualifications: - Candidates from Tier 1 colleges will be preferred - Minimum of 5 years of work experience in an analytics role - Minimum of 3 years of experience with T-SQL - Advanced SQL and Excel experience required (experience with R or Python a plus) - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Competencies in problem solving, creativity, organizational skills while showing good judgment and execution within a fast-paced environment Work Schedule: 2pm to 11pm Company Summary: Ocwen is intensely focused on hiring, developing and retaining the best talent in the industry!
