This is Nilakshi from Ocwen Financial Solutions. We are the fourth largest Mortgage service provider in the world and the largest non-bank servicer.

Office location in India : Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune.

We are currently hiring for HR Analytics- Mumbai / Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Reporting & Analytics:

- Education : MBA (Preferred)

- Comfortable to work in stretched shifts including shifts ending by 3am

- Responsible to create complex reports, dashboards to provide information to the Sr. Management

- Automate reports wherever possible

- People management

- Excellent communication skill.

Experience : 8+ years
