Department Structure & Reporting To:

- The HR Compensation and Benefit team is responsible for administration of plans and systems related to employee compensation & performance, development and administration of corporate policies, procedures and management directives.

This position will report to the Director, Human Resources.

Responsibilities/KRA:

- Provide guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation issues including the setting of appropriate pay levels, base pay, annual incentive pay.

- Make guidelines for incentive payouts and variable pay

- To work on compensation philosophies, compensation strategies and compensation policies for the organization.

- Complete employee salary and benefits planning, designing, structuring and implementation exercises.

- Compensation and benefits benchmarking surveys. Collation & analysis of study reports, Annual increment and reward proposals and Implementation of annual salary revision exercises.

- To introduce different salary and reward programs like flexible benefits plan and performance-based variable pay plans

- In charge for annual planning, forecasting and budgeting exercises for all direct costs for employees (salary and benefits, annual increments, incentives, rewards and awards programs) and also all indirect manpower related expenses.

- Identifying, intervening and initiating different employee and overhead expenses savings opportunities as a part of companies cost reduction programs to add to their bottom lines and hence increase profitability.

- Closely Working with Compensation and Benefits consultants in India

Qualifications:

Mandatory to have :

- Good Communication skills

- Min 3-4 years of experience in managing C&B program

- Expertise in Market Bench-marking, Cash & Non-Cash benefits

- Strategic Partnering in Policies & Procedures

- Good Analytical skills, PPT presentation, MIS etc.

NOTE: BIG NO for typical PAYROLL processing candidates

- Full time MBA (HR) from Premier B School

- 3-6 years of HR Compensation and Benefit experience with a strong learning orientation

- Analytical/logical ability and a solution selling approach

- Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams

- Comfortable with working in rotating shifts (mid/evening shifts)
