This position will be based in Bangalore

Reporting to Director HR

Shift: Mid shift

Responsibilities

- Maintain space management Data.

- Analyze space utilization effectiveness and forecast demands for space needs

- Produce monthly and annual allocation reports

- Conduct building audits to verify employee locations, future layout, room configurations and correct floor plans. Know and apply building construction processes; record plans and related documents for compliance.

- Independently develop and produce analysis anf approval decks presented to the business units and Director, Facilities.

- Coordinate with customer and planning team to identify equipment requirements and special support area future needs.

- Work effectively in a matrix environment of the Facilities Team.
