Job Description :

We are looking for a (Human Resources) HR Generalist to join our team and implement various human resources programs. The goal is to ensure the HR departments operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organisation as a whole.

Candidate should be from IT industry

RESPONSIBILTIES:

Onboarding

a. Facilitate the successful on boarding of new employees by:

- Conducing new hire orientation

- Employee Contract Management

a. Maintaining the Employee Contract by :

- Preparing Annual Review Letters

- Employee Engagement

a. Drive employee engagement by:

- Coordinating biweekly and/or monthly events

- Handling employee grievance

- Offboarding

a. Facilitate smooth offboarding of employees by:

- Coordinating Knowledge Transfer sign-off

- Conducting exit interviews

- Learning & Development

a. Upgrade employee skills by:

- Managing a training program for skill development

- Managing a certification program

- Performance & Compliance Reporting

a. Ensure on-time delivery of reports such as:

- Monthly performance memo initiations and closures

- Performance RAG Report

- Monthly HR Dashboard

- Employee performance report (with employee)

- Performance-Improvement-Plans/Warnings

- Business Performance Linked Plan Reporting

- Compliance against hiring checklist in ATS

- Monthly Global + Portfolio Company HR Huddle & Training

Salary offered: 6-10LPA
