You would be involved in developing company wide strategies revolving around Business Growth, Product Development, Innovation & Planning, Process & Operations optimization, Marketing. Apart from this you will be leading a team of Product Mgrs for driving the creation and implementation of new features, maximizing a game's engagement & monetization, working with teammates on new and exciting ideas, and using his / her expert quantitative skills to guide own decisions. Job Description includes: - Identify market opportunities and define game's vision and strategy. - Keeping a strict eye on the game analytics, chart movements, consumer feedback, ratings, reviews etc. - Monetization management and making sure that the game keeps improving w.r.t downloads and revenue - Drive the optimization of innovative product features aimed at improving virality, retention and personalization. - Analyze game metrics to identify opportunities for optimizing performance including conversion, churn and customer lifetime value. - Partner closely with the Design team to define and build a high-class user experience - Partner closely with the Insights team to understand, track and optimize the Market experience for buyers based on data.
