Octro - Manager - App Store Optimization

ASO Manager 

Job Description : 

You will manage App Store Optimization for the Octro Inc portfolio of games, which includes :

- Analyze performance of Gameloft games on the app stores platforms

- Drive organic acquisition on the App Store and Google Play, leveraging every channel available to defend/optimize top ranks in stores, rank for more keywords and improve conversion in the stores.

- Setup an ASO strategy to optimize and improve game page conversion rates

- Optimizing conversion rates for app store pages by utilizing various content and visual tools.

- Work with external agencies and internal stakeholders to gain insights and identify areas for improvement

- Provide guidelines and recommendations to game teams for how to maximize discoverability and conversion rates based on analytics

- Conduct ASO experiments using rigorous approaches and measurement methods (A/B tests, statistical methods) and prove their effectiveness.

- Follow the impact (downloads and revenue) of the optimizations implemented for our products

- Develop and update the company's App Store Optimization strategy and guidelines.

- Develop an expertise regarding key App Store specificities and make sure these criteria are being efficiently implemented.

- Conduct daily monitoring and reporting on ranks across top keywords, reviews, and sentiments across stores.

- Stay updated on industry trends and contemporary practices in SEO/ASO, and Google/Apple algorithm updates.

- Work with intelligence tools, dashboards, data and data-based decision-making processes.

- Collaborate with Game Designers, Product Managers, Graphics teams for Art and Graphics.

Qualifications Must have/Nice to have:

- Excellent analytical skills

- A good understanding of the mobile gaming market

- Ability to communicate across a number of levels and be able to influence development and marketing teams

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead them through to implementation

- Ability to work under your own initiative

- Vast Experience with SEO and ASO
