Job Description:

- CA (4-6 Years)

- Preparation of financial statements viz. BS, PL, and Cash flow under Schedule III of Companies Act

- Ensure timely closure of monthly accounting for the group entities.

- Responsible for monthly GST Compliances

- Responsible for monthly/quarterly TDS Compliances and advance tax.

- Responsible for monthly payroll preparation including related compliances viz. ESI/PF

- Responsible for secretarial compliances viz. ROC, Minutes and Resolution

- Responsible for Annual RBI Compliances

- Responsible for monthly reconciliation of User Balances as per panel with books of accounts

- Responsible for preparation and filing of Income Tax Return

- Lead audit activities and timely closure of audit queries.

- Manage vendor payments and employee reimbursement claims.

- Preparation & Management of purchase orders.

- Well versed with the requirement of CARO, Schedule 3, Tax Audit and GST Audit.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent report-writing and communication skills.

- Budget as per Industry Standards

Mandatory Skills Requirements:

- Knowledge of GST, Income Tax and Preparation of Financial Statements

Preferred Skills Requirements:

- Experience working with QuickBooks will be an added advantage.

- Experience working with Real Money Gaming Companies will be an added advantage.

- Candidates from Tier-2/3 CA firm will be preferred.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
