Occupancy Planning Manager

OVERALL ROLE

The Occupancy Planning Manager is responsible to provide outstanding client service by leading, monitoring and controlling all occupancy planning and MAC activity for a Regional portfolio, with a focus on leading the team, developing and delivering the Regional Occupancy program and MAC development, quality assurance and issues resolution.

- Set the strategic space program for the Client's operations. Create strategic plans to enable effective occupancy of the Client's property portfolio in line with the growth of the firm, ensuring sufficient trading space is always available to meet demand.

- Develop, deliver and manage the strategic space plan to ensure effective programming and coordination.

- Develop ideas and strategies that meet the changing demand of the firm to create both strategic and tactical solutions.

- Assist the capital works team through construction projects, ensuring there is minimal disruption to the business.

- Ensure coordinated delivery with other services across the support infrastructure, within agreed budget parameters, and strategy/standards set by the CRES Team.
