OCabs - Chief Technology Officer - Internet/Mobile Startup - IIT/NIT

About the Company:

OCabs is an exciting new Cab Aggregator focusing on a niche untapped segment.

Based out of NCR, the startup is backed by Angel Investors and has already secured significant seed funding

Profile/Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic CTO who has high quality, diverse experience in the tech domain. The person will build the tech team as the company grows. The person should be willing to role up his sleeves and dive into code. This is more of a hands-on role especially in the initial stages of the company.

Skills & Experience:

General Requirements:

- Self-starter and a good team player with a high sense of ownership

- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

- Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

- Strong analytical skills with strong problem solving abilities

Technical Skills:

- Experience of Technology development in Taxi/Cab Service preferred

- Understanding of complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

- Strong Data Structures & Algorithms

- Hands-on full-stack development experience

- Good coding experience in Core Java is required

- Native Android App Development experience preferred

- B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science from top colleges IIT/NIT (Geek Gods from other colleges are welcome to apply)

Remuneration:

- Combination of cash and equity (commensurate with skills and capabilities)
