We have an immediate opening for a Digital Marketing Manager in our Bangalore office.
Your main responsibilities include :
- Development and implementation of the marketing plan, delivering engaging digital campaigns to meet the sales and acquisition targets.
- Defining KPIs and reporting needs for each campaign, performing keyword research and analysis, competitor analysis to generate keyword sets.
- Build, optimize, and scale effective digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition across major online advertising platforms like Google, Facebook and Bing and leverage customer and campaign performance data to intelligently scale acquisition efforts
- Monitoring, optimizing and reporting on Obsessory platform to maintain an optimum user experience, enhancing conversion rates to maximize conversion and engagement.
- Project managing development projects with in-house developers.
- Strategizing and managing content across the platform
- Building and managing a business case from beginning to end by identifying key user experience and benefits
Requirements :
- BA/MBA from a top institution
- 5+ Years of experience in digital marketing for B2C
- Proven track record in driving traffic online as well as an ability to develop strong digital brands
- Experience in content marketing
- Experience in email, search marketing, social media, content creation, sponsorship and advertising
- A broad digital marketing background, with proven experience managing/overseeing site development projects, content, trading and digital marketing
- Knowledgeable on the latest digital innovations
- Proven experience in driving online growth and conversion
- Experience and interest in fashion eCommerce
- A strong understanding of the youth market and culture
- Expertise in social media
- Experience in managing reporting & analytics on engagement, followers & fans across all channels
- Strong analytical skills
- A confident and competent writing style, excellent communication skills
