Job Description:

1. Prepare scope document & Project Plan

2. Be responsible for quality delivery and execute with the budget

3. Identify and prepare risk areas and device risk mitigation plan.

4. Validate the product backlog/requirements and responsible for raising the scope changes if any to DH & Client Owner

5. Responsible for metrics collection and share it to client owner

6. Participate in Sprint planning, validate and provide suggestions

7. Validate and approve time log on weekly basis

8. Support Product Delivery Owner for team management (grooming/ training and conflict resolution)

9. Support Product Delivery Owner to define process /workflow and monitor them

10. Understand the product behavior and its operations with the help of product user manuals, product specifications and product design documents.

11. Understand the test requirements with the help of product requirements document

12. Resource management and motivation

13. Support Presales for client demos and presentations

14. Responsible to define workflow/ process and educate the teams

15. Primary contact for client and travel to client location on need basis

16. Review deliverables including technical artifacts

Mandatory Skills:

1. Should have strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

2. Experienced with Agile Product development processes, and in particular, banking products delivery management and client handling.

3. Should have exposure on handling budget, Resource management [End-to-end product development] for multiple clients

4. Good experience in client handling, and risks management and worked on different life cycle models like Agile, ISO, process.

5. Defining, measuring, tracking, reporting and improving metrics of success

6. Should have Strong domain working experience in any: HealthCare, Media, Logistics

7. Ability to manage bigger team and manage multiple clients & concurrent Projects

8. Should be able to review and support technical teams - Java / .NEt stack
