Job Description :
- Develop a marketing strategy roadmap to improve the efficacy and efficiency of campaigns/sustenance marketing
- Lead the digital marketing efforts by conceptualizing and executing digital campaigns for lead generation, customer engagement
- Stay abreast of changes in the online marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjust business plans accordingly.
- Operational Focus
1) Marketing strategy, Digital Marketing, Campaign Design & Optimization, Monitor and analyze campaigns
2) CRM & other S&M IT enablers - Understanding of the implementation lifecycle, User experience design
3) Research capabilities - Primary & Secondary Research, Consumer profiling/Making Customer personas/Target group identification and sizing
- Behavioral focus : Exercise leadership. Initiate action, give direction and take responsibility. Focus on results and achieving work objectives. Evaluated decisions analytically and grasp new technology with ease
- MBA : Strategy/Marketing, Exp in Business Consulting/Real estate would be an advantage
