Job Description:
- The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing the recruitment strategy to attract, source, assess, and hire top talent for the organization.
- They will collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment plans, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- The Talent Acquisition Manager will also play a key role in employer branding initiatives and continuously strive to optimize recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the organization's talent acquisition goals.
- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs, provide timely updates, and deliver high-quality recruitment services.
- Reduce the time it takes to fill open positions by implementing efficient recruitment processes and strategies.
Talent Sourcing and Attraction:
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet both immediate and future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
Candidate Assessment and Selection:
- Conduct thorough screening of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and evaluations, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
Employer Branding and Marketing:
- Develop and maintain the organization's employer brand to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
- Implement innovative recruitment marketing strategies to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation as an employer of choice.
Process Optimization and Compliance:
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to streamline efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on key recruitment metrics, trends, and insights for senior management.
- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs, provide timely updates, and deliver high-quality recruitment services.

Experience:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, assessment, and selection, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Have managed a team of recruiters in the current role.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools, with a focus on sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other HR-related technologies to streamline recruitment processes and track candidate data.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics, trends, and insights to drive datadriven decision-making and process improvements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines
