Increase organizational and brand awareness through marketing initiatives. 2. To strategize, formulate and execute the Annual Marketing Plan, Annual Marketing Budget and Annual Marketing Calendar. 3. Design and handle Digital and Social Media marketing initiatives/campaigns including: - Creating and managing SEO, SEM, display advertising, email, and social media marketing campaigns SEO : Research and implement on-page and off page search engine optimization in order get pages ranked for high volume keywords SEM: Manage and optimize AdWords campaigns to acquire customers within agreed Cost of Acquisition benchmarks SMM: Basic understanding of social media campaign management in order to maximize awareness, engagement, or conversions Google AdWords: Track and monitor key metrics for websites, mobile app, social platforms on a daily basis - Prepare all digital marketing MIS on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis - Spot digital trends, research and recommend best practices within industry and B2C segment and amongst competitors 4. Plan, design and execute all offline ATL/BTL marketing strategies like media planning, TV interviews, newspaper ads, hoardings etc. 5. Design and execute the various marketing initiatives such as CMEs, workshops, camps etc. 6. Measure Cost of Customer Acquisition closely and ensure compliance with agreed benchmarks. 7. Tracking conversion rates from enquiries to Registrations of patients and suggesting initiatives for further improvement. Other areas - 1. General liaison, coordination and communications with in-house medical staff, non medical staff, and department heads. 2. Perform other incidental tasks, as required. 3. MIS &amp; reporting. Knowledge Requirement 1. Extensive knowledge of Digital Marketing, Online/offline marketing concepts, strategy and best practices. 2. High-level proficiency in MS office, Analytics and CRM.
