Role & Responsibilities - - Collect data from across internal CRM, Database, portfolio monitoring team and various excel based internal models - Collate, manipulate and synthesize data wherever required - Slice and dice data to derive insights - Arrive at reasonable conclusions based on analysis and derived insights - Generate various scheduled and ad-hoc excel and ppt based reports for consumption of credit committee and executive committee - This is a mid-senior position and will report directly to the Director, Portfolio Monitoring - This is largely an individual contributor role, however relevant support would be provided by portfolio analysts as and when required Experience &amp; Capabilities required: - 6-10 years of overall experience - Should have worked in a consulting or strategic research role for at least 4 years - Should have basic financial knowledge - Experience of managing senior stakeholders - Advanced excel and ppt skills - Good communication skills - Ability to work in a fast paced, results oriented, matrix organization - Exposure to credit analysis is a plus but not essential
