KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Statutory audit - financials and notes of various group companies spread over US and Europe etc. - Tax returns and related compliances, assessments of various group companies spread over various geographies - Indirect tax compliances for the geographies - Loan accounting and related matters for the geographies - Client invoicing and related follow up for the collections - Managing trackers for renewals of client and vendor contractors - Month end closing, GL reconciliations and related schedules - Sales Team Commission - Calculations and handling related process and queries - Set up of new entities, Bank accounts etc. as may be required from time to time - Reporting as required ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: - US GAAP / IFRS - Microsoft word, excel, outlook - Tally / Oracle PERSONALITY ATTRIBUTES: - Personal drive (proactive), flexible, creative (thinks out of the box), result driven, responsible, curious, team player and fast learner - Hands on attitude, willing/capable to understand the big picture. - Ability to succeed in a culture where change and speed are part of daily work. - Have ability to prioritize and manage workflows and multi-task. - Be self-driven and motivated ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably from Big four or reputed MNC
