JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supporting Chief of Staff on all strategic projects by helping in structuring &amp; story lining the problem, driving deep analytics, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the organization and enabling implementation - Presentations Ownership: Multiple key presentations, either for internal reporting purposes or external talks/ pitches - The person is required to coordinate every work delegated by Chief of Staff, which may involve Execute business and corporate strategy under direct guidance or Co - ordination of day to day activities with functional heads and other related work - Be an in - house strategy consultant to not only help define the strategy but also bring execution excellence - Making recommendations for improvement, presenting findings to the requirements DESIRED SKILLS :&nbsp; - 3-6 years of strategy consulting experience with Big consulting firms - Preferably from MBB - Ability to influence and lead a cross-functional team from idea to launch - Analytical mindset, with experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to guide strategy - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment KEY ATTRIBUTES :&nbsp; - Hands on attitude, willing/capable to understand the big picture - Personal drive (proactive), flexible, creative (thinks out of the box), result driven, responsible, curious, team player and fast learner - Ability to succeed in a culture where change and speed are part of daily work ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS :&nbsp; - Strong Academic Background - Qualifications - Masters / Bachelor's in Market Research, Statistics, Business Administration or related field
