Mandatory Skill:
- The Candidate Currently handing National Sales & Marketing.
- The candidate shall be have Experience in all market segments (Organized, Unorganized & Modern Retail )
- Knowledge of FMCG Products
- Market knowledge of product combinations sold in India
- Exposure to sale of high end FMCG products
- Sound understanding of modern management techniques
Desirable Skills :
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & any other regional language.
- Self starter, dynamic, go getter with a desire to improve & excel.
- Known /familiar with the market needs
- Conceptual skills, analytical abilities and creative outlook are must.
Other Specifications:
- Appointment of new Dealers/distributors in new markets.
- Responsible for the sales target given to him for his area.
- Analysing the market position, competitors, threats, opportunities.
- Building( Recruiting) a team of sales representatives for his area.
- Guiding and monitoring the performance of his team.
- Full market & team reporting to the company.
- Responsible for the overall sales & distribution of his assigned area.
- Develop strategic brand plan, complete with outlined objectives, strategy and tactics, promotional strategy, ensuring expansion and growth goals are met
- Solicit, prospect and develop a new clientele and maintain them
- Analyze market data (consumer, competitive economic, positioning, distributions channels, trends, and advertising)
