Who we are looking for?

- As an early-stage start-up, we are looking for someone who is excited by the prospect of working in a small team. Working in a small team offers many rewards, but also comes with a great amount of responsibility.

- You will need to be comfortable working across levels, donning multiple hats.

- Your people-centric skills ate paramount. You will be dealing with clients and team members from all walks of life, therefore, it is essential that you are empathetic towards them.

- An effective communicator with excellent grasp over the English language (both oral and written).

- You will need to be able to work closely with other team members to quickly complete deliverables for the client.

- You will need to understand business requirements, iterate on shortcomings and work with the team.

- You will need to be self-disciplined and be able to work in an environment with less structure than a typical corporate/later stage start-up.

- As a financial service provider, trust and honesty will be paramount.

What will you do?

- Identify potential prospects, communicate through relevant mediums, set appointments, and help potential clients to understand our products and services offered.

- Understanding client (potential client) requirement, preparing, and reviewing customized financial plans with the advisory team, with utmost importance and attention to detail.

- Sound understanding of all the financial service providers and financial products - should be able to compare and analyse them based on the requirement.

- Coordinating with the advisory and the operations teams w.r.t. the execution of plans and hand holdings the client in queries pertaining to the execution.

- Maintenance of financial plan review calendars for clients.

- Stay in touch with our existing clients and ensure that all their financial requirement and

- Interaction with various teams within the organization - research, advisory, operations and tech to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualification, experience, and additional skills

- Full time graduates or post-graduates.

- Excellent English language skills (both oral and written).

- Sound knowledge of all financial products, insurance and Indian taxation.

- 1-2 years of work experience in relevant roles in the financial services industry is a plus.

- Ability to work with a team and share knowledge.

- Comfortable with quick turnaround times and meeting deadlines.

- Remain updated on financial markets and its trends.
