About client:

The client is one of the largest and fastest growing MNC

Responsible for managing OTC activities such as Invoicing, Revenue assurance and managing customer claims.

Managing all new transitions & handovers from area/region, along with documentation,

Pro-actively assess the stakeholder needs, organizing periodic meetings with the OTC director/ ABU's to gather feedbacks and enhance relationship,.

Responsible for ordering chain (setup and maintenance) and billing

Responsible for People management, conducting career progression discussion, implementing IDP (Individual development plan) and Skill Enhancement planning.
