O2 Spa - Cluster Manager - East/South

Key Responsibilities :

- Will be responsible for operations of O2SPA units across East/South India based. Ensure optimum operational efficiency of units by coordinating with various functions to achieve target growth & profitability and maximize internal & external customer satisfaction.

- Accountable for operational issues, process streamlining, end to end business, Outlet, and manpower administration pertaining to units in line with Company business objectives

Job Description :

- Ensuring operations are running in a streamlined fashion leading to best customer experience and enabling a motivating environment for staff across the network of SPA Outlet Units.

- Leading the Centre Managers / centre staff and guiding them to achieve operational excellence for their cluster of centres, counselling them, coaching them and ensuring they do their job well.

- Identifying targets and reviewing & evaluating performance, identifying & addressing deviations & its relevant causes. Responsible for bottom line profitability and revenue generation as per target of the units.

- Ensuring adherence to quality standards in the unit operations.

- Ensuring optimum utilization and maintenance of facilities & services.

- Implementing the Performance Appraisal Plan for the staff, Finalization of KRAs, Evaluating & providing feedback.

- Enabling the employees development by specifying their job competencies & through training.

- To optimize expenditure by cutting costs and enhance profit margins.
