Role Description :

- Ability to drive analysis while leveraging knowledge of digital data and tools, to provide insights to the BI Team + Management

- Consulting and helping data customers within the organization to identify next steps within their areas and action on it.

- Identifying insights from the data and providing compelling commentary

- Effective and persuasive presentation (verbal and written) to project teams and business leaders

Role Requirements :

- Should be well-versed with SQL and Excel; Hands-on experience on R is a plus!

- Ability to provide insights and recommendations using strong analytical skills; striving to convince key company decision makers of business benefits of the proposed solutions

- Effective presentation and story boarding skills with exposure to executive level presentations

- High degree of pro-activeness in analysing customer behaviour using available data to influence changes on the website

- Understands the digital ecosystem and best practices and applies this knowledge to work

- Understands relevant technology applications in his area

Behavioural Attributes :

- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users

Education and Experience :

- B.Tech/MBA required from premier schools

- 2 to 3 years of overall Analytics experience with significant experience in Digital Analytics
