Team Leader Employee lifecycle | HR Ops Excellence & Tech-HR
1. Lead completion within desired TAT for all metrics of employee lifecycle like employee code creation, Background verification, Compliances, Appointment letter, Onboarding, Confirmation, Separation etc.
2. Liaise with business HR for efficient employee management with respect to life cycle processes
3. Liaise with different functions in the organization to ensure closure and completion of various HR activities
4. Analyze the operations data, track metrics, create reports and submit on a regular basis
5. Perform root cause analysis for any deviations, outliers in the entire process basis data and observations
6. Revisit processes for scalability and efficiency and strive for improvement in operations metrics
7. Streamline employee data and bring in process excellence and objectivity to the operations database
8. Enable any and all technological and systemic changes in the life cycle management process and strive to achieve highest level of automation
