Drive sales within offline retail channel:
- Meet or exceed top-line revenue goals within the established investment budget to achieve P&L goals
- Responsible for developing, implementing, managing and reporting on plans to improve brands sales target achievement
- Makes inventory decisions to meet consumer needs and drive sales.
- Governs delivery of inventory plans through management of assortment targets.
- Develops strategies to maximize store in-stock service level to maximize sales and consumer's needs.
- Recommends the assortment guidelines by brand and segment to optimize sales and inventory productivity.
- Supports localized assortments through consumer and product attribute-based store clustering.
- Drives sales & optimizes inventory through recalls, store-to-store transfers, and value-added services from Distribution Center
- Pitching for & Onboarding new brands for new stores
- Develop strategy to drive sales & PnL growth
Monitoring and ROI:
- Negotiate budgets, set goals, monitor and report on performance,
- Manage planning, execution and analysis of marketing/visibility initiatives for the brand
- Manage timelines and prioritization and update monthly to management; Improve customer experience and retention:
- Develop innovative events/marketing initiatives at the store
- Upgrade the visual merchandizing & customer experience at the store for brands
