Nykaa - Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - L&D MIS - LMS

SPOC for LMS :

- Handle complete backend for LMS app MT - uploading content, assign users, add/ delete users

- Plan LMS upload schedule with trainers for the month basis month focus

- SPOC for all staff queries related to MT usage.

- Link between MT and Nykaa L&D

- Draw reports from Mindtickle

- Share summary of MT reports with relevant retail team on a regular basis

- Regular communication with MT team for platform updates, improvements, new features

Learning & Development MIS :

- Training reports - planned vs done - by brand/cluster/ trainer coverage, manhours tracking

- Weekly, monthly reports to be prepared

- Analysis basis MT reports - low performers, high/weak performing clusters; low scoring brands - feed data to trainers

- Induction coordination; assigning assessments

- Maintain record of induction scores - share with trainers and Coms for action plans
