- Working closely with the business teams to improve efficiency and accuracy

- Developing and updating process guidelines for the various operations

- Launch of new private label brands/Categories

- Strategy and project execution to enable growth of existing private label brands

- Reporting on business performance to business heads and CEO

- Business process development (Build, Operate, Transfer)

- Developing and updating process guidelines for new operations

- Optimize and grow process

- Handover project to team running the new service / brand / vertical

Skills:

Knowledge of e-commerce businesses/platforms

- Understanding of Process performance tracking and Process improvement

- Understanding of inventory and catalog management

- Ability to work in cross function teams (Tech, Brand management, Creative, Strategy)

- Ability to make P&L decisions, grow brands commercially

- Basic understanding of fashion products

- Excellent report building, presentation and excel skills

- Passionate, self-motivated and a complete go-getter
