Manager - Growth & e-Merchandising
Key Responsibilities:
- Ideate and execute initiatives to drive customer acquisitions within the budgeted cost
- Launch and optimize efforts to activate dormant customers and to improve retention
- Own the e-merchandising
- Drive cross-functional efforts by collaborating with Brand Management, Product/tech, Marketing, and Design teams to impact customer engagement and retention
- Analyze data and use insights to build efficiencies; to pilot new projects that improve the conversion funnel and customer's experience
Skills & Qualification:
- Masters degree in Business Management or Marketing
- Total 4-6 Years Experience in relevant Industry and domain will be preferred
- Excellent people management skills to interact with cross-functional teams and third parties
- Strong creative mindset
- Thinking and problem-solving ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
- Innovation and creative ability to come up with new ideas and bring them to life
- Take Initiative and follow-through - get going on tasks and see them through despite obstacles
