Manager Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

A. CSR Strategy and Planning:

1. Develop a comprehensive CSR strategy in alignment with the company's mission, values, and business objectives.

2. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize CSR focus areas based on social, environmental, and community needs.

3. Establish clear goals, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of CSR initiatives.

B. Program Development and Implementation:

1. Design, develop, and implement a portfolio of CSR programs and initiatives that address key social and environmental issues.

2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CSR projects, including community engagement, sustainability initiatives, and employee volunteering.

C. Stakeholder Engagement:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, NGOs, government agencies, and community organizations.

2. Represent the company in relevant industry forums, events, and networks to promote CSR efforts and share best practices.

D. Communication and Reporting:

1. Prepare comprehensive reports on CSR activities, progress, and impact for internal and external stakeholders.

2. Collaborate with the PR team to effectively communicate CSR initiatives through various channels, including press releases, social media, and corporate communications.

E. Employee Engagement:

1. Champion employee engagement in CSR activities, promoting a culture of social responsibility and volunteerism.

2. Develop and manage employee volunteering programs, ensuring alignment with CSR objectives and employee interests.

F. Sustainability and Compliance:

1. Monitor industry trends and best practices related to CSR and sustainability, integrating them into the company's approach.

2. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, reporting requirements, and ethical standards in all CSR activities.

G. Budget Management:

1. Develop and manage the CSR budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum societal impact.

2. Identify opportunities for cost-effective partnerships and collaborations to expand the reach of CSR initiatives
