Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements :
Experience :
- 10+ years of experience with Leading FMCG / E-commerce business
- Beauty industry experience Is a must
- Currently leading the Insights Function in the organization
- Previous experience of setting up or scaling an Insights team is preferred
- Expertise in insights & qualitative research (semiotic/ethnos/insight mining etc).
- High degree of comfort with data and analytics, quantitative research (syndicated & customized)
- Should have worked in a highly consumer-centric culture or even better played a role in shaping a consumer first- ethos in past organizations
- Demonstrated ability in a strategic role where complex, large scale and multiplicity of data was handled to arrive at solutions or insights for business problems
Education :
- MBA from reputed Institute will be strongly preferred

- A - first principles- thinker and creative problem solver who has the ability to see,think, apply and do beyond the obvious formulaic ways and models in solving a business problem
- The right balance between a high degree of listening and ability to hold their own and influence senior stakeholders

Key Responsibilities
- Leading Insights and Analytics function, you will put in place the Structure, Processes and Ways of Working in bringing a Consumer Voice to make decisions for Nykaa D
- The success of this function will depend on your ability to embed the consumer's voice and therefore the Insights function in a manner that it becomes an integral part of - how we work- in the service of positively impacting consumer experience, optimizing the user journey, and improving consumer lifetime value
- You will create a mid to long-term analytics roadmap to support business growth clearly defining the measure of success.

- Partner every function in making the consumer's voice easily accessible, relevant, and valuable to every internal stakeholder by turning it into actionable points for the various interface teams - business, product, content, marketing, brand comms etc.
- Play a significant role in providing insights and data-driven inputs towards developing the company's long-term strategies, including new product opportunities and other growth initiatives to meet the company's revenue and earnings targets.

- Ensuring relevant business metrics, which will be regularly tracked and reported to concerned stakeholders
