Job Description -

- Ongoing store VM adherence and planning Plano and its execution

- Adopt, develop, deliver and communicate visual concepts to promote brands and products in store

- Execution of New Store launch, Promotion/Campaign designs and planning.

- To ensure that the brand aesthetics are never compromised.

- Maintain the look and feel of the store i.e - visual appearance, music, videos and ambience at store.

- Instore Props Conceptualization & Execution

- Managing the VM Inventory (props and collaterals)

- Development of New Props; Visuals & Fixtures

- Identifying latest trends in VM And implementation

- Vendor Management - Ensuring technical support to vendors for improving quality levels, efficiency and cost optimization

- Managing VM Yearly & Monthly Budget

- Overseeing Dispatch & Tracker for all VM material

- VM Monthly MIS

- Instore Collateral's Procurement

- Identifying and communicating with the stores to convey changes in visual direction, collecting feedbacks, photographs and sending report
