Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

- Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Managers.

- Set performance goals and ensure the team meets hiring targets within specified timelines.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to enhance the team's efficiency.

Recruitment Strategy:

- Devise and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Analyze the recruitment funnel and make data-driven decisions to optimize the hiring process.

- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Analytical Skills:

- Utilize analytical tools to assess and understand recruitment funnel metrics.

- Identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to enhance the overall hiring process.

- Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.

Planning and Execution:

- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly hiring plans aligned with organizational goals.

- Execute the hiring plan efficiently, ensuring the timely closure of open positions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align hiring efforts with business objectives.

- Good to have Power BI , Looker Studio

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Effective communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

- Demonstrated success in achieving recruitment targets.
