Lending Partnerships Manager

NxtWave is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our Financing Partnerships team. The Financing Partnerships Manager will manage relationships with our NBFC and FinTech partners, oversee contract negotiations, and optimize partnership strategies to benefit both parties.

This role requires strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partner Relationships:

- Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with our valued NBFC and FinTech partners.

- Proactively identify partner needs and concerns, working collaboratively to address them.

- Innovate and develop mutually advantageous strategies with partners to drive success.

Contract Negotiation and Compliance:

- Lead contract negotiations with partners to secure favorable terms and agreements.

- Ensure meticulous adherence to legal and regulatory requirements across all agreements.

- Apply a keen analytical eye to contract terms, maximizing benefits while minimizing risks.

Project Leadership:

- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams for partner onboarding and operational excellence.

- Exemplify adept project management skills, adeptly handling multiple initiatives and deadlines.

- Champion the flawless execution of partnership initiatives.

Financial Expertise:

- Harness financial acumen to analyze complex data, including IRR and NPV, for informed decision-making.

- Monitor partner performance diligently, identifying opportunities for enhancement.

- Continuously optimize partnership strategies to maximize financial outcomes.

Effective communication:

- Convey partnership updates and insights transparently to founders and key stakeholders.

- Craft articulate, concise reports and presentations to facilitate informed decisions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience in partnership management, contract negotiations, and financial analysis.

- Strong understanding of financial principles, including IRR and NPV.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

- Project management experience and strong organizational skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

- Prior experience of working with a financing firm would be an added advantage.

CTC and Compensation: Market competitive salary

Work Location: Hyderabad. Should be open to travel across India for business meetings.

Working Days: 5 days a week
