You will be responsible for the user research, product design, mockups, complex design challenges and the opportunity to make users' lives easier. As a product lead designer, you'll be asked to aid creatives in existing projects and provide new and fresh approaches to design problems, helping projects move forward. Qualifications and Skills:- - 4+ years of industry experience in product design, comfortable working with PMs and Engineers across multiple products. - An outstanding design portfolio demonstrating wider strategic design thinking and product design skills. - Experience in defining user experience for live products with a regular release cycle and with at least 10k active users. - Superb knowledge of product design processes, web design, and design systems - Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with ed-tech applications or similar products. - A strong foundation of fundamentals of design such as Color Theory, Typography, Visual Hierarchy, Design Principles etc., - Expertise in Figma is essential. Expertise in other design tools like Sketch and adobe creative suite is a plus. - Ability- to think creatively and critically about design- problems. - A thorough understanding of designing for functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation. - Experience with working on international products is a huge plus. - Practical experience outweighs education Work location:- Hyderabad
