Job Overview:

- We are looking for a General Manager -Growth who can manage a team of Growth Managers to define, coordinate and execute the company's growth plan and be responsible for optimizing the revenue funnel by closely working with the sales and other relevant teams.

- You'll directly work on strategic initiatives to drive user growth. This will involve a visioning exercise for user growth leveraging outside-in and inside-out insights. You'll lead initiatives to identify new 10x growth opportunities as well as structurally reduce CAC. This is a cross-functional role that works closely with Product, Tech, Sales, and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead initiatives and develop new Growth channels.Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

- Evaluating the Current Growth Channels and improving them.Identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.

- Be at the forefront of new marketing technologies and strategies to innovate, improve efficiency, and increase results.

- Develop and plan campaigns on a monthly-basis and plan campaign activities according to distribution Channel.

- Plan & deliver region/market specific ATL, BTL, Digital campaigns to drive specific objectives right from planning stage all the way to delivery while working hand in hand with other cross-functional teams.

- Drive revenue growth through innovative business models and product/service offerings.Analyze pricing strategies and market positioning to maximize profitability.

- Have a deep understanding of sales channels to drive top of the funnel.Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain customers.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize customer acquisition channels.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and monitor growth performance. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance.Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

- Evaluate and mitigate potential risks associated with growth initiatives.Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

- Build and lead a high-performing growth team.Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.

- Communicate growth strategies and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Growth Head or related roles.

- Previous experience in Affiliate/Influencer Marketing, ATL & BTL will be an added advantage.

- A combination of analytical and creative thinking, with excellent attention to detail and good business judgment.

- Can envision and come up with longer-term sales strategies

- Can carry out market research/ customer calls to understand the user profiling and run targeted marketing campaigns

- Structured problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative

- Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance

- Have an iterative approach - build hypothesis, experiment, collect data and improvise

- Passion & hustle to take on & solve problems individually and within cross-functional teams.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills and collaborative working style

- Proactive people with a strong sense of empathy and great patience
