SCM Head - Datacenter

Purpose of the Job :

- Responsible for sourcing of Capex & Opex for Nxtra Data Center and MSCs locations across the country (Total more than 130+ locations).

- Working closely with Nxtra leadership team and Airtel Central procurement teams to ensure Nxtra specific purchases and build projects are closed on time and in the best interest of Nxtra business.

- Lead a team of minimum 2 to 3 RE & MEP sourcing/operation leads and 8 to 10 off roll resources who jointly manage complete procurement and SCM operations for Nxtra Business

- Build, sustain and leverage relationships with stakeholders across functions/businesses/units and externally with partners/vendors/suppliers to drive alignment and promote Nxtra interests

- Tracking Costs and ensuring efficiencies year on year

Key Deliverables :

- Identification of Cost drivers for each of spend line items and creating plans around them. Further tracking costs and ensuring efficiencies year on year.

- Procurement of passive infra items like Battery, SMPS, UPS, PAC, IBMS, Civil & Electrical works - turnkey projects, Remote alarm system, Stabilizer, Transformer, LT/HT Panel, DG Sets, Chillers, Sub-stations, all MEP purchases etc.

- Procurement of services like AMCs of passive Infra equipment - (Elevator, DG, Chiller, PAC, PAHU, UPS, FAS, BMS System, Fire Alarm system, Access Control System, Baggage Scanner, DC Power Plant, Fire Hydrant etc), manpower related contract, Marketing, Audit,
