Role :

- The role is a high intensity, high responsibility and hands on role.

- The role requires an individual to be highly involved in the day to day operations and be able to track and follow up on service levels.

- The role would require you to travel to the different hub locations on a frequent basis and multiple stakeholder management.

- Leading entire Last Mile delivery Network of assigned territory with minimum cost.

Key Deliverables :

- Overall Monitoring of Operations Quality with appropriate tools and processes

- Data extraction for audit and performance measurement purposes.

- Organizing various training to all team staffs to achieve maximum output

- Responsible for P&L, Periodical review meeting on Operations, Cost & Budgeting, and Performance review based on data.

- Responsible for project planning and management of all upcoming locations in region ike manpower, infrastructure, connectivity and costing planning.

- Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery.

- Coordinate with all supporting department to maintain smooth operations.

- Excellent analytical, organisational, planning skills with demonstrated abilities in leading motivated teams towards achieving organisational goals.

- Periodical visits of last mile centers in the assigned territory

Required Skill set :

- Should be having an analytical mind set

- Cost consciousness and minimizing cost per packet of the hub

- Managing and minimizing process and system deviations

- Managing delivery SLAs and maximizing customer satisfaction

- Well versed with Logistics Operations
