We are a Gurgaon based startup currently focusing on various e-commerce supply chain needs - we currently have presence more than 15 cities in India and are growing.

Team:

Led by an IIM Ahmedabad alumnus who has substantial experience in E-commerce logistics, private equity and investment banking. Overall team is a mix of seasoned employees and individuals from India's best Institutes.

Operations Associate's Key Responsibilities :

Job Description :

- Manage day to day network operations closely with Management team.

- Play key role in expanding operations across India - this involves setting up new facilities, managing warehouses, working closely with clients and supply vendors.

- Take ownership of processes and lead a team of executives to achieve scale.

- Be ready to get hands dirty in ground operations.

Desired Profile :

- IIT/NIT/BITS/NITIE, with 0-1 year experience

- Experience in Retail / E commerce / Internet Industry
