As Head of Sales, you will be someone who will own designing, developing and executing sales strategies, hitting annual targets, building great customer relationships, understanding the industry trends and navigating the business and last but not least, building a team of high-performing sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Drive sales, aggressively expand the customer base and generate new revenue.

- Build, manage and develop a high-performing and process-oriented team of SDR's and Account Executives.

- Set up scalable, methodical & data-driven sales process; filling and driving the sales pipeline; and closing enterprise-level deals across all industry verticals.

- Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at Enterprise and Medium-size businesses to build a sales pipeline.

- Lead in-person client presentations to C-level executives, including the discovery of current challenges, and requirements, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating proposals.

- Work with cross-functional team members to ensure feedback in-flow, successful onboarding, and implementation for new clients.

- Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives.

Desired Skills/Background

- 7 - 10 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise software sales with an emphasis on SaaS sales.

- Record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas as a hunter and account manager. (Demonstrate conversion metrics in application).

- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing sales team (Demonstrate metrics in application).

- Experienced in both inside and outside sales prospecting.

- Excellent communications skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset.

- Rapid customer acquisition, quick onboarding, and expansion of user base.

- Cross-functional expertise to deliver the best service for customers' long-term value.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or related field.
