- The candidate will work in a very enterprising environment in a small team where the key focus will be on learning and innovation.

- The incumbent should have 3-9 yrs. of exp. and proven track record in sales preferably in the FMCG products with exposure in distributor/ Retailer network and flare to travel extensively within the assigned territory. The candidate should have strong analytical ability and commercial acumen.

The job shall entail :

- Leading the strategic planning process for the brand based on key consumer insights to improve communication with consumers.

- Be responsible for defining and executing the marketing communication

- Manage the promotional calendar across cities

- Manage the customer feedback program

- Manage the digital channels of communications

- Managing adaptation of above in Retail Stores

Qualifications Required :

- Bachelor's degree & MBA would prefer

- 5+ years of relevant Marketing experience

- Strong consumers focus

- Innovative and capable of out-of-the-box thinking

- Entrepreneurial in Nature
