- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks, job boards.
- Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates. Maintaining candidate trackers, weekly reports. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and virtual/in-person interviews.
- Should know the process of recruitment along with headhunting, cold calling and identifying the right talent which will fit into the culture of the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods. Assisting the HR Manager in Internal/External communication to various stakeholders. Help arrange team events and activities that help foster interpersonal relationships.
- Conduct employee surveys and come up with organizational improvements. Ensure plans or activities to promote employee safety, welfare, wellness and health. Deployment and management of access to company tools to employees. Allocation and management of company owned devices to employees.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice and recommend improvements.
- Skills Required: Good hands-on Excel for creating various reports. Thorough understanding and hands-on experience of Job boards like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc Hands-on experience of any HRIS software like Keka Excellent written and verbal communication skills
